FILAMO supports Master student exchange within the field of aquatic and marine science to foster cross-methodological research and learning.
Master students can apply for grants to support research stays for up to three months. The stay should be in relation to their Master thesis and focus on learning and applying methods relevant to their thesis. Cross-methodological experiences will be prioritized. The grant only covers travels and accommodation of up to 25.000 NOK (~2.700 Euro). All other costs must be financed through other sources. Applications exceeding the budged will not be considered. Successful applicants will be asked to write short report on their experience which will be made publicly available.

Applications can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed four times a year, on the 1st of January, April, July and October.
